expectationThe Proverb under consideration for this article goes back to the principle of sowing and reaping. This is a principle we will visit many times in the course of this study.

Whoever diligently seeks good seeks favor, but evil comes to him who searches for it. (Pro. 11:27)

I can only wish that I had understood this principle when I was just a young man in the Navy. I didn’t, and it cost me dearly.
